Parag is a Mechanical Engineer from Nagpur having passed out from the prestigious Nagpur Regional College. He has dedicated the last 27 years to the HVAC Industry. Initially as a consultant and then from the contractors side, he has garnered vast experience in HVAC and is much sought after for his expertise. He has a reputation as a great problem solver. He is a member of ASHRAE and ISHRAE and has conducted many seminars for them in Clean Rooms and HVAC. He looks after the design, execution and validation. His hobbies include Astrology and he is a passionate photographer.

Vernon is a Mechanical Engineer from Pune University. After an initial stint in the Automobile Sector he has spent the last 20 years in the HVAC industry. He initially worked on Sites and then as a Project Manager. He carries this experience into his current profile and looks after the sales and marketing for Trans Tech. He is an avid sportsperson and a voracious reader.
Rajshri from Design Dept has been with Trans Tech HVAC (TTH) since its inception. She is a Mechanical Engineer from K.J.Somaiya College, Vidyavihar, Mumbai. She has a hands on experience of Heat Loads and Complete Design of Pharmaceuticals Projects. Her experience of 15 years in HVAC of Pharma Projects comes in very handy on a day to day basis. She has handled projects like Formulation- OSD, Injectable, API and Hormone Facilities.
Savita is a founder member of the Trans Tech HVAC. She has a 15+ year of experience in HVAC Purchase.

Rahi, Electrical Engineer, from Walchand College of Engineering, Sangli. Having 18+ years of experience in Industrial and Pharmaceutical projects, worked in the Marketing, Designing department. Was associated with reputed consultancies, Hands on experience in projects such as Poly films, Laboratories, Clean rooms, Automobile, Paints, Food industry, Kitchen hoods, Industrial Ventilation, Basement ventilation, VRV commercial system etc. Member of ISHRAE, Pune chapter.
